RMA Procedures

A Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) number is to be obtained from Wick Hill when it is agreed that a product can be returned, e.g.; when an incorrect product is purchased (and a replacement purchase order is received), an incorrect product is delivered, or when it is agreed that the product is faulty. Once it is agreed that a product can be returned, the RMA number will be issued and any product returned must be in a resalable condition, to qualify for credit.

In all cases, the RMA will be issued by Wick Hill and should be clearly marked on your returned item in order that it can be processed correctly. When returning goods, we recommend that they are sent by Registered Post, Recorded Delivery, or via a courier to guarantee receipt by Wick Hill.

For customers that have purchased the Advanced Support Service, which entitles you to a next business day replacement, the RMA will be issued at the point that it is agreed the unit is faulty, and that a new unit is shipped.
