Wick Hill is defined under the regulations as a “producer” for the products that we import into the UK and put on the UK market. And we have responsibility for certain treatment and recycling obligations. For products that you buy direct from the manufacturer you may also have “producer obligations”.
As with ROHS we take our responsibilities seriously and have registered with a government approved PCI (Producer Compliance Scheme) “Transform”. Along with the other “producers” we have been provided with a registration number by the Environmental Agency:
All invoices for our channel partners to quote this if required by their customers.
