Wick Hill Replacement Services

Terms & Conditions

  • WatchGuard customers are required to have an active live security subscription in place on the unit in question, to purchase and use Express Exchange and Silver Support.
  • Express Exchange and Silver Support are Wick Hill products and can only be purchased if the unit was supplied by Wick Hill.
  • In the event the unit was supplied via another distributor, a health check will need to be carried out on the unit to ensure it's in a working order before Express Exchange or Silver Support can be supplied to the end user even if a new unit. There is a charge involved for the health checks.
  • Should the End user or Reseller call in for support on the unit supported with Express Exchange or Silver Support, they will have to provide the serial number of the box and contract number that will be found on the support certificate, which will be issued to the Reseller.
  • The four hour Express Exchange service covers normal business working hours defined as 8:00am to 18:00pm and excludes Saturdays and Sundays and all public holidays.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and may be affected by fluctuating exchange rates.
  • Express Exchange is only valid to specified post codes. Note: this refers to where the box is located not the reseller or customers office etc.
